1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SampleS (the "Service"), operated by Nexora Records, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase of any sample pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the samples in your musical productions for both personal and commercial purposes.

You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the samples in their original or modified form as standalone products or sample packs.

3. Intellectual Property

All samples and content provided through SampleS remain the intellectual property of Nexora Records. Your license grants usage rights only.

4. Digital Products

All products sold on SampleS are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptional circumstances.
