Refund Policy

Digital Products
All products sold on SampleS are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products where files can be copied instantly upon download, all sales are generally final.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to download your purchased files due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Incorrect Product: If the delivered product significantly differs from its description
Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at infos.nexorarecords@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A detailed explanation of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
